Well, that’s one way to start a race.
While lining up for a high school track race on Wednesday, Mountain House High School (CA) sophomore Kelly Nicole Lopez wanted to have some fun while setting up at the starting block. So she decided to mix in some gymnastics with track and field by doing a perfectly executed back walkover. She then perfectly landed her feet at the starting block.
If this was a gymnastics meet, she surely would have had a 10.
this is how i got into my block at the meet yesterday, idk i thought it was hella funny 😂 pic.twitter.com/gM65vzDIE7

So how did Lopez do in the race? Well, the trick worked perfectly, as she went on to win it.
