Minnesota Lynx star guard Seimone Augustus will be able to return to the court on Sunday, the Summitt reported on Friday. According to sources, Augustus had missed the prior two games for “personal reasons.”
Even though the Lynx won their past two games without one of their veterans, Augustus has proved in 2017 that she is still one of the key players for Minnesota. She has averaged 11.5 points per game with a 21.6 assist percentage.
The 33-year-old has been with the Lynx since the she was selected as the no. 1 pick in the 2006 WNBA Draft. She’s now a three-time WNBA champion and seven-time All-Star.
