Alex Morgan made her debut with Lyon on Saturday and notched two assists in the French powerhouse’s 3-0 win. She started and played 72 minutes in the victory over En Avant de Guingamp.
Morgan had two great chances inside of the first 10 minutes of the match, including a near-post header that was just knocked away.

The U.S. forward played a cross in from the left side of the box. Eugenie Le Sommer knocked a shot in from close range to give Lyon a 2-0 lead. She chipped in a second assist in the second half when she played a ball for Ada Hegerberg who slotted home the third goal of the day for Lyon.
Canadian international Kadeisha Buchanan also made her debut for the French club, starting and playing 90 minutes.
