Relive the 2017 WNBA draft with a breakdown of all 36 picks

The 2017 WNBA draft is officially in the books, as 36 basketball players had their dreams fulfilled on Thursday night in New York.

The San Antonio Stars made former Washington guard Kelsey Plum the biggest star of the night, as they selected her with the No. 1 overall pick. Plum became just the fourth player from the Pac-12 conference chosen with the top selection.

Rounding out the top five were South Carolina’s Alaina Coates and Allisha Gray at No. 2 and No. 4, respectively, as well as Kentucky’s Evelyn Akhator at No. 3 and Northwestern’s Nia Coffey at No. 5.
